What is a Health Coach?
What exactly does a health coach do?
Firstly, I am not doctor! 😊
What I am is your personal health & wellness cheerleader, guide and partner.
For instance, an athlete has a coach or trainer holding their hand step by step to succeed and beyond; A health coach helps you implement lifestyle changes beneficial for your whole self providing safe, supportive spaces to explore your goals and intentions and taking you forward with kindness and confidence.
What do you want your health for in 15-20 years? What is your vision of health in 5 years? If i could wave a magic wand and make some things disappear for you, what would it be?
A health coach is an expert in supporting behavior change and really working with you, the client, to help determine what best course of action to take to live the best version of your life. Like an athletic coach isn’t running the field for the athlete, what he is doing is provided the best possible support and guidance to connect to deep reasons so that the athlete delivers his best performance always and cultivates their own innate ways to do better and get better.
I firmly believe that food is medicine and working within the 5 pillars of holistic health I empower you to take your health into your own hands and create long lasting behavior change with continuous support in developing sustainable meal, exercise, sleep patterns, rest or other wellness plans tailored to your short and long term goals working with you on a holistic level, which makes the whole person and addressing the root cause.
I may provide research, resources, background and reasons to encourage you to move out of your comfort zone and into optimal health.

The first step would be to book a complimentary introductory session either in person or virtually through this email coaching@thatwonderfulfeeling.com
It will be about getting to know each other a little and what coaching is about.
Most importantly to see whether I am a good fit for you and you are a good fit for me. Whether we will align with what I do and what you are looking for.
If and once we are on board with that, we then go on to discuss the details and draw out a tailor made plan.
I require a commitment of 3 months where we meet 3 times per month as well as stay connected through social channels so that you know you always have someone looking out for you.
